Hi everyone my name is Jean-Paul Stavro. This will be officially the first opening statement for my blog about bad customer service and my experiences lately. I hope everyone enjoys my blog, as I have never written one before so this will be a first. The up and coming blogs will be about bad customer service which I’m sure everyone has had their fair share of bad experiences. Feel free to express your opinions and share your experiences. I’m sure everyone has had that run in with the rude employee or even a disgruntled customer. The world of customer service goes both ways. It takes a certain dynamic to communicate with one another. I think we can all agree communication is a language, so join me as I tell you a few of my stories.
